My Background
Hello! I’m a passionate musician with a lifelong love for music. I began playing drums at the age of 4 in 2004, and I’ve continued to play ever since. Along the way, I also discovered the piano just shortly afterward, and I’ve had the privilege of exploring both instruments through high school and college.
Over the years, I’ve taught music at schools across the Sacramento Valley, including Antelope and Whitney High School. I am also an adjudicator for several band circuits, including the Northern California Band Association, a partner of Winter Guard International, and I participate in adjudicating music festivals and competitions throughout the state.
One of the highlights of my journey was the opportunity to take masterclasses with renowned composers such as Danny Elfman, and Hans Zimmer, specializing in film scoring. Today, in addition to teaching music, I compose for various groups and create commissioned solo works.
